How does it work?
Order from any restaurant that has partnered with Karte to offer collection services. Once the restaurant receives and accepts your order, they’ll get to work preparing your food. When your order is ready, simple head to the restaurant to collect your food.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum to make an order on Karte.
Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately, Karte does not currently offer delivery services.
Do you charge the same prices as the restaurant does in house?
Restaurants are free to set their own prices and are not dictated by the Karte platform. It is common to find that prices are lower than many other delivery/collection platforms due to the low transparent fees that Karte charges restaurants. Pricing for each menu item is clearly displayed when you make an order. If you have any questions about menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.

About my order
How can I cancel my order?
To make any changes to your order, including cancelling, please contact the restaurant directly. In some cases, if the order has already been prepared by the restaurant, you may not be able to cancel your order.
Why was my order rejected?
When you make an order, the restaurant will be notified and will be asked to accept your order. In rare situations, such as very busy periods, the restaurant may decide that they are unable to fulfill your order at that time. In this case, your order will not be accepted and will be cancelled. You will not be charged for this, and the pending hold on your payment method will been cancelled. You won't see a refund credit on your statement - instead you'll just see the original authorization drop off your bank statement entirely. This can happen instantly or within a few days depending on your card issuer.
What if something is wrong?
